Responsibilities
Lead Epic MyChart and Ambulatory build, testing, validation, and stabilization efforts
Independently manage assigned projects and timelines
Coordinate work across clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
Translate clinical and operational needs into Epic solutions
Communicate clearly with executives, operational leaders, physicians, and clinical staff
Serve as a subject-matter expert for MyChart workflows and patient-facing technology
Qualification
Required
Epic MyChart certification is required
Demonstrated experience leading Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts
Hands-on experience with MyChart configuration, troubleshooting, and administration
Strong understanding of Patient Experience tools and Telemedicine workflows
Experience with reporting and data extraction for troubleshooting and analysis
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation practices and a willingness to coach and cross-train teammates
