Required

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience and training

Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive program/project management experience

Experience in program and project management necessary to support telehealth program operations

Demonstrated understanding of telehealth and digital health care delivery models and the impact on the clinical workforce and patients

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to express ideas assertively, clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with others to secure necessary information and cooperation from a variety of people

Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and develop/manage partnerships, seeking input from others and creating ad hoc teams as required to address challenges

Able to articulate and support the UCDH mission, vision, and values as well as departmental goals

Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality of hospital and patient information at all times

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practices and principles

Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
