Enterprise Analyst (II-III)

Responsibilities

Leads multiple business-critical analytics initiatives / projects simultaneously
Frames unstructured problems with assistance of management
Clearly defines analytics requirements and gains alignment from business partners to ensure success
Performs complex analysis on issues clearly articulating assumptions and underlying issues
Develops fact-based and actionable recommendations via dashboards, models and forecasts
Acts as cross-functional special project lead and creates presentations to present to executive management
Updates, builds, and maintains business models to meet the needs of the organization
Leads junior analysts to help drive development across the team
Demonstrates understanding of advance analytical tools & techniques
Performs routine and ad hoc reporting using various techniques (statistical analysis, data mining)
Conducts root cause analysis to derive and create KPIs
Performs data extraction/gathering, reconciling ambiguous data, and executes the hypothesis-driven approach
Provide audit trail on factual assertions
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Required

Independently performs complex analysis using various techniques (E.g. statistical analysis, exception reporting and comparison, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining)
Synthesizes key insights from data, determines best practices and develops actionable insights and articulates recommendations for the current business operations in a simple form
Works directly with business partners to identify analytical requirements
Produces ad hoc analyses, data and reports
Assists in implementing or developing systems to capture business operation information
HR and finance/accounting domain expertise
Experience with enterprise HR management systems (ADP (preferred), UKG, Workday, Oracle, etc.)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Other MS Office proficiency
Intermediate data visualization skills (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
Understanding application of analytical tools and techniques
Proficiency in creating reports/maps
SQL
RStudio
Python
Building models
Data extraction and scrubbing
Report building capabilities
Understanding of the hypothesis-driven methodology
Understanding of how to frame unstructured problems
Department domain knowledge

Broad knowledge of such fields as human resources, accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc
Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus two-four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
