The role involves working alongside experienced professionals to enhance the health and beauty of commercial landscapes through various horticultural tasks and client service fundamentals.

Work in the field, side-by-side with experienced Project Managers, Crew Leaders, Landscape & Turf professionals to deliver exceptional client service and maintain the health and beauty of trees & landscapes on commercial properties

Enhance the appearance and value of properties through the cultivation of shrubs & trees

Plant, spray, weed, fertilize and water plants, shrubs, and trees in the landscape

Transplant seedlings, cuttings, trees, and shrubs

Maintain and repair irrigation and climate control systems

Safe operation of landscape equipment

Exposure to the daily operations and business components that power a successful Commercial Landscape office

Client service, sales, management, and leadership fundamentals

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled and studying Horticulture, Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, Plant Science, Forestry, Arboriculture, Natural Resources or related discipline in a 2 or 4 year degree program

Driver's license required

Must have enthusiasm for proper plant care and arboriculture

Love of the Outdoors!

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Demonstrated ability to report to work regularly and punctually

Collaboration and communication skills

Preferred

Commercial driver's license a plus
