Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of space management and occupancy planning, including coordinating meetings, conducting reviews, tracking KPIs, and supporting multiple stakeholders
Provide tactical planning, relationship management, and execute innovative and continuous improvement opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and create workplace scenarios considering growth, reorganization, and adherence to company standards
Ensure the accuracy of floor plans, office space allocation, and occupancy data through regular reviews and updates
Generate detailed reports on key metrics, including space utilization, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing space allocation
Oversee move management services to support office space allocation and overall occupancy
Manage furniture services, including minor reconfigurations, space changes, and asset management aligned with branding guidelines
Collaborate effectively with teams across the company, including Operations, Finance, IT, EHS, Sales and Marketing, and HR
Evaluate and assess project results to ensure success

Required

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of five years of project management experience in real estate, occupancy planning, office relocation, or workplace design
Experience working on cross-functional project teams
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Ability to read architectural drawings and understand design and space planning concepts
Familiarity with construction cost management and schedules
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and building consensus
Excellent decision-making and judgment abilities
Strong understanding of change management principles
