Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Lead regular meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Build dashboards and keep track of the team's tasks daily. Solve blockers for the team and escalate if it is not resolved
Drive accountability and foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills — able to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and experience in product building is a plus
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana)
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (PMP or Agile certification is a plus)
Experience in GenAI is a plus
