The Marketing Performance and Analytics Intern will support the Marketing team in understanding the effectiveness of marketing strategies and conduct data exploration exercises to support various marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand current market strategy and opportunities for further growth
Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to identify requirements and use cases in order to create meaningful data/reports
Develop processes to extract, manipulate and validate data for usage in data tools and data visualization platforms
Evaluate performance against key goals and metrics to identify/recommend/implement optimizations to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions impacting marketing contribution to sales
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program – upperclassmen and graduate students preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate thoughts, communicate, completely, and concisely
Strong, organizational, and detail skills, with the ability to consistently perform as business requests
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to adjust easily when directions and priorities change on short notice
Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with a heavy emphasis on Excel
Proficiency in software that applies to your major and function-specific internship
Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry
