They are seeking a Founding Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to own the entire sales funnel and collaborate with the founder to refine sales strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

Own the entire sales funnel: 50% inbound demos from pre-sold prospects, 50% outbound strategy to test and build future repeatable plays
Talk to high-intent buyers daily—your calendar will be full but the expectation is you're still creating pipeline
Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging, positioning, and demo flow so we can prove a repeatable sales process ASAP
Build the outbound motion from scratch, with a path to leadership as we scale the team
Help craft the systems, culture, and GTM strategy of a future unicorn

Required

3+ years of experience as a front line seller
Massive chip on your shoulder, you've either been overlooked before or someone tried to take you down. There's something to prove and no one is going to stop you
Willingness to step back onto the front line even if you are currently acting in a manager capacity. Nothing is above you. Getting your hands dirty is a must
You've closed $5M+ in ARR either at a high growth Vertical SaaS adjacent industry or proptech company
You thrive in high-velocity, founder-led environments. You can handle the pressure and match the tempo and intensity of the founders
You're a doer —your instinct is to pick up the phone and create momentum
You can run 8–12 demos a day and still have energy for a strategic debrief
You want to build the playbook, not just follow one
You're in NYC or willing to relocate (this is an in-person, 5 days/week role)
You're ready to work 60+ hours a week because you're hungry, not because someone's watching the clock

Preferred

Have experience selling to CRE professionals
Have built and scaled an end to end sales motion
