Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead and grow their Florida commercial title insurance business. This role involves market development, managing client relationships, overseeing transactions, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute business development initiatives to grow national and local commercial title insurance and related services
Manage staff through effective hiring, training and development. Set performance objectives and department goals
Responsible for financial performance, set budget and accountable for department goals
Develop and implement sales and marketing programs aimed at increasing commercial market share
Maintain and strengthen existing commercial client relationships
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade events, and educational seminars
Analyze competitor pricing, products, and underwriting standards
Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with national and local sales teams
Supervise and participate in underwriting, coordinating, and negotiating coverage on commercial transactions
Create and maintain statistical reports on market share, business activities, and expenses
Participate in or lead internal training programs

Commercial title insuranceTitle insurance productionUnderwriting proceduresTitle production softwareLeadership experience

Required

5+ years of commercial experience in the title insurance industry
Strong knowledge of title insurance production, underwriting, and closing procedures

Preferred

Proven leadership of a team
National multi-site commercial title experience
Experience with Softpro, SmartView, Title Point or other title production software, CRM systems, or underwriting tools
