Atlantic Group is representing a Compliance opportunity with an established hedge fund headquartered in NYC. The firm is looking to hire a Compliance Associate to support the Chief Compliance Officer by assisting in regulatory filings and employee compliance training.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing regulatory filings, including Form PF, Form 13F, and Blue-Sky forms
Assist with employee compliance training and certifications
Assist in the firm’s annual compliance review and mock SEC exams
Review employee electronic communications
Preclear and monitor employee personal trades
Assist in reviewing marketing materials/DDQs
Participate in compliance forensic testing policies and procedures
Preclear and monitor employee Gifts & Entertainment requests, political contributions, and outside business activities
Maintain and manage firm committee meeting minutes
Chaperone expert network calls
