Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to site leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while promoting a positive and collaborative labor environment
Assisting Colleagues with HR matters
Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and proactively address labor-related challenges
Partner with leadership to deliver training and development programs that enhance leadership capability and reinforce contract compliance and fair employment practices
Serve as a key liaison and translator in Spanish
Qualification
Required
2 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong working knowledge of employment and labor law
Bilingual proficiency is required — candidates must be fluent in English & Spanish to effectively communicate across teams
Proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of an organization, particularly with frontline leadership
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; data-driven approach to workforce planning and problem-solving
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience preferred. Business Administration, or a related field
SAP experience is preferred — familiarity with SAP systems will be a strong advantage in managing workflows and data efficiently
