The Line Service Technician is responsible for providing ground support for arriving and departing aircraft, ensuring customer service for crew members and clients, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the hangar.

Responsibilities
Deliver a proactive, personalized service experience to private and business aviation clientele
Provide a variety of aircraft services, including marshaling, fueling, hangar storage, towing, and other ground support
Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing aircraft
Operate ground service equipment, such as tugs, fuel trucks and transport vans
Report errors, malfunctions, accidents and/or fuel spills as required
Follows safety procedures established by departmental policies and federal regulation
Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections on fuel servicing equipment
Maintain safety and cleanliness of hangar
Assist customers as needed
Ensure that all aircraft have been cleaned according to Airshares “Aircraft Cleaning” policies and procedures manual
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Service Technician Lead or Maintenance Manager
Qualification
Required
High school degree or GED
Minimum of 2 years of prior aircraft line service experience
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Good driving record
