Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze product usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization

Deliver actionable insights to support product marketing roadmap decisions, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization

Identify opportunities to improve product performance through segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifecycle modeling

Partner with the consumer insights team to develop and maintain personalized product experiences and targeted marketing

Partner with Product, Marketing, CX, and Technology teams to embed analytics into product lifecycle management

Manage analytics platforms and external partners to ensure high-quality data and insights delivery

Create dashboards and presentations that communicate product performance and member insights to stakeholders

Conduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate marketing tactics, pricing strategies, and user flows

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by Management

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Marketing, or related field

8+ years in product analytics, marketing analytics, or consumer insights

Expertise in product performance analysis

Experience with CRM and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Strong understanding of segmentation, product lifecycle, and journey mapping

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams

Growth mindset and curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving

Preferred

A strong background in financial services is a plus

Expertise in financial product performance metrics a plus
