Responsibilities
Assist in business development, creating and maintaining project win plans, client capture plans, general client strategy and pursuit tracking via CRM
Develop reports as requested by management using the CRM database
Provide administrative and technical management support to the technical teams in the T&I Division on projects from pursuit preparation through project initiation
Qualification
Required
Candidate is organized, decisive, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under strict deadlines and willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft ® Suite to analyze, prepare, and write communications to assist in business development efforts
Excellent writing and grammatical skills and ability to adapt to an industry-specific style guide
Experience with database management and CRM software is a plus
College degree, preferably in English or Liberal Arts, or an industry-related field
Preferred
Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is preferred but not required
