Responsibilities

Lead and operate as part of the sales team, originating new institutional client relationships in execution and clearing for electronic/algorithmic trading

Develop and implement regional electronic trading strategies

Partner with stakeholders across regions and business lines

Ensure risk metrics and regulatory compliance are maintained

Communicate key risks and performance metrics to senior management

Drive change

Contribute thought leadership to the division

Required

Deep knowledge of Futures products and market structure

10+ years' sales experience in electronic trading with strong institutional client relationships (hedge funds, asset managers)

Proven experience running a Futures electronic trading business, including familiarity with tools, services, marketing, and offerings

Strong understanding of laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., MIFID) applicable to electronic trading

Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and drive change with senior business and risk management teams
