Responsibilities
Act as the primary quality contact for commercial clients—on-site when needed
Lead root cause analysis and implement CAPA strategies alongside engineering and manufacturing teams
Support product returns, warranty claims, and field issue investigations with detailed data analysis
Develop and refine quality standards for solar products, ensuring reliability and high performance
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and customers
Stay current with industry regulations and lead customer audit preparations
Contribute to continuous improvement and help define quality benchmarks in a new business unit
Qualification
Required
Six Sigma Certification (Green, or Black Belt)
2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering role
Excellent communication and analytical skills, especially in technical environments
Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver world-class quality support
