Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and hold accountable managers and senior leaders, ensuring consistent performance and leadership bar and establish mechanisms for goal-setting, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
Own topline growth, retention, and long-term customer value across the segment
Partner with Fulfillment, Transportation, Network Planning, Finance, and Tech leadership to balance customer experience, cost-to-serve, and network efficiency
Define and own org-level KPIs including customer satisfaction, delivery performance, inventory health, revenue growth, and margin impact and drive standardization and automation across account management processes while preserving flexibility for strategic customers
Represent the voice of the customer in product and roadmap decisions by influencing senior leaders on supply chain strategy, service innovation, and investment priorities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership
Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls

Preferred

5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
