Review, audit, and validate financial analyses and reporting
Guide a team of three finance professionals, with a focus on performance management and process improvement
Structure and refine financial reports, dashboards, and analyses
Provide insight into how decisions impact the business, not just present numbers
Support cross‑functional communication and elevate financial clarity at all levels

Required
Proven leadership experience in Finance
Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to C‑suite executives
Strategic thinker who can connect financial insight to business impact
Ability to develop team performance through idea‑driven guidance
Experience creating structured, accurate, and meaningful financial reports
