Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize a portfolio of IT projects and programs
Lead and mentor a team of project and program managers
Partner with stakeholders to define portfolio strategy and objectives
Manage portfolio budgeting, cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting
Communicate clearly and deliver compelling presentations to leadership and stakeholders
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio
Stay current with emerging industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in portfolio management

Proficiency with portfolio management tools and methodologies
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
