The Commercial Operations Analyst Intern will lead a project to enhance the integration between IFS and the Client Customer Portal, aiming to improve the experience for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Lead a focused project aimed at improving the experience of Electrify America’s commercial clients by enhancing the integration between IFS (our internal work management system) and the Client Customer Portal

Create a more seamless, transparent, and user-friendly interface that allows clients to better view and track the status of their chargers, service events, and operational performance

Gain hands-on experience in workflow design, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration by analyzing and improving how data flows between IFS and the Client Customer Portal

Develop strong documentation and communication skills through creating commercial client operations training materials

Automating Commercial Task and Alert management for priority sites

Required

Undergraduate students entering their Junior or Senior years

Strong interest in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle (EV) and automotive industry

Hands-on experience in workflow design, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration

Strong documentation and communication skills

Ability to create commercial client operations training materials

Project Management skills

Availability to work in-office Tuesday – Thursday
