Responsibilities
Org Design: Develop future state Inside Sales organization with associated business case
Team Leadership: Select, train, develop, and coach inside rep(s) to achieve topline sales growth and customer retention
Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans targeting growth opportunities across customer segments and prospects
Performance Management: Assign and oversee key promotions, retention tactics, and customer communications
Strategic Development: Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
Collaboration: Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams and leverage headquarters resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Ion exchange experience, or experience in highly technical markets
5 years of technical experience

Preferred
New customer acquisition experience
Strategic mindset and leadership capabilities
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing
