Responsibilities

Understand and apply job practices, techniques, standards, principles, theories, and concepts
Develop, document and maintain system requirements according to customer desires and contract requirements
Analyze, translate and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications, showing traceability throughout the product lifecycle
Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Coordination among other engineering disciplines to ensure technical rigor on IPT scope
Participate in technical reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with certification standards
Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance, and other specialties' quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success
Support the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) managements, and technology readiness assessment processes

Required

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Experience with one (or more) of the following: Cameo, MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS, SysML, Cadece/Pspice, Python, C#, JavaScript, Visual Studio, Subversion, Azure DevOps, Git, CAFTA, ReliaSoft or FaultTree+
Strong academic performance and technical experience as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships
Currently reside in OR willing to relocate to the St. Louis, Missouri region
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
A final U.S. Secret or Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements may be required for these positions

Preferred

Level 2: 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Active U.S. Security Clearance
