Akkodis is seeking a Container Engineer for a contract role with a client. The Container Engineer will be responsible for designing and operational requirements for moving applications to a Container Platform, particularly OpenShift, and will collaborate with various teams to support Container onboarding for mission-critical applications.

Strong background in Container, Container Platform, OpenShift, Terraform Devops [CICD] AWS (must), Azure, Linux and DevOps

Design and Operational Requirements in moving applications to a Container Platform, notably Openshift

Interface with Development, Architecture, and Container Platform Teams to analyze requirements and support Container onboarding for mission critical applications

AWS Terraform, Devops experience

Experience with the Linux Operating System (configurations and parameters)

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Information Systems Related) + 10 years of field experience, or Master's Degree equivalent + 7 years of field experience

Minimum 3+ years of hands on experience on Terraform Devops [CICD] AWS (must), Azure (desired)

Excellent written + verbal communication skills

Experience with spreadsheet design toolsets (Excel; Visio; Sharepoint; Confluence)

Technical aptitude

Comfortable participating in/driving technical project discussions
