This position involves managing sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment, developing long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the Houston market.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment

Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with the customer

Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management

Consult with customers for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects

Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service

Required

HS Diploma or GED

3+ years of commercial, industrial or HVAC sales to include inside or outside sales experience

Ability to pass an MVR background check

Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory

Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives

Strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers
