Responsibilities

Lead all accounting and controllership responsibilities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance

Build scalable processes, reporting templates, and financial systems from scratch

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives

Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and compliance with all financial regulations

Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, executive team, and investors

Improve visibility into performance and support initiatives that drive value creation

Partner cross-functionally to enhance financial processes and data flow

Support long-term growth planning, including potential M&A or strategic investments
