Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute visual designs from the beginning concepts to final designs for development
Familiar with HP Design Tools; proficiency in (PC-based) Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin and AEM platform
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with others both stakeholders, in-house studio teams and developers
Ability to identify design problems and develop creative solutions
Ability to follow, adapt and execute on HP Brand Guidelines
Familiarity with building and maintaining a complex web design library, shared with multiple cross-function teams
Qualification
Required
Familiar with HP Design Tools; proficiency in (PC-based) Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin and AEM platform

Four-year Degree in Design, Interactive Design or Fine Arts or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, web marketing or brand marketing
