Compile and manage budget items for inclusion in the annual financial plan

Monitor and update budgets throughout the fiscal year

Develop, maintain, and analyze financial forecasts

Perform detailed financial analysis on various categories of spend, including external labor, software licenses, and operational costs

Create trend and variance reports to support financial tracking and data-driven decision-making

Review and interpret contractual documentation related to pricing, invoicing schedules, milestone billing, and holdbacks

Assess the financial impact of contracts on forecasting and long-term planning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with business objectives
