Responsibilities

Provide support for the modification, troubleshooting, and resolution of wire routing and installation issues for the P-8 aircraft, focusing on the I3B2 modification program
Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs. Supports analysis and design review boards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and assess I3B2 program modification performance to ensure seamless mod incorporation onto the aircraft platform with particular focus on optimization of wire routing and installation
Support troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve test failures during the modification program
Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and technical contractors to diagnose wiring issues, define technical solutions, and communicate progress and updates related to aircraft modifications and support
Collaborate with the engineering team to provide guidance during modification planning and execution phases

Required

Two years' experience in wire design, wire installation or in working with electrical equipment
Experience to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present technical information in a clear and concise manner
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62 is required. 'U.S. Person' includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

Preferred

Three plus years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Active Security Clearance
Experience on an Electrical Corrective Action Team
Prior Aircraft Electrician experience
Experience working on P-8 Increment 3 Block 2 (I3B2) or similar modification programs
Familiarity with technical aspects of the 737 and/or P-8 platform and its wire design
