Responsibilities

Coordinate with project managers to support vital data collections from both internal and external participants
Set up devices and labs, ensuring devices are functioning properly and updated with the required builds
Recruit participants to sessions, training and onboarding rotational, contractor and vendor-based moderators
Moderate data collection sessions with participants, troubleshooting issues and performing tasks to ensure that data is of the highest quality
Support key cross-team initiatives

Required

Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
5 years experience working with people in a professional environment
Proven ability to resolve basic technical issues with different Apple hardware and software
Aptitude for setup and troubleshooting of devices and software builds
Expertise navigating systems and tools, sharing best practices with team members
