JoCo is a fast-paced print center, and they are seeking a Print Production Specialist to operate high-speed production printers and wide-format equipment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality output efficiently while providing excellent customer service within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Run Ricoh and Canon printing equipment for both standard and wide-format jobs

Produce accurate, high-quality print materials on tight deadlines

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on print machinery

Support customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction with print services

Collaborate with peers to manage workflow and meet production goals

Qualification

Print shop operationsRicohCanon printersMicrosoft 365Adobe InDesignFiery print controllerCopy operator experience

Required

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience with reprographics or print shop operations

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe InDesign

Familiarity with Ricoh 9500, 5310, and Canon 6000 Pro printers

Preferred

Experience using a Fiery print controller is a plus

Prior experience as a copy operator is strongly preferred
