Responsibilities
Configuring and maintaining Viewpoint Field Service and BuildOps (work orders, dispatch, mobile, billing)
Providing daily system support to Service, Dispatch, Technicians, and Accounting
Troubleshooting workflow issues, sync errors, and user access challenges across platforms
Managing system permissions, statuses, templates, workflows, and service configurations
Supporting data flow for work orders, technician time, materials, and service billing
Maintaining integrations between BuildOps, Viewpoint, and ERP/financial modules
Creating documentation, user guides, and deliver training for new features/processes
Assisting with reporting, dashboards, and continuous service process improvements
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of experience in a purchasing or accounting role
Experience with Viewpoint Field Service, BuildOps, or similar field service platforms
Strong understanding of service workflows (dispatch, scheduling, work orders, time entry)
Knowledge of service billing, job costing, labor rates, or related accounting concepts
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and system-support skills
Preferred
Prior experience in field service, construction services, HVAC/mechanical, or ERP support
