The Founding Lead will be responsible for scoping and structuring client engagements, delivering creative content using GenAI tools, and managing client delivery while leading the team.

Responsibilities
Scope and structure client engagements: define the approach, set priorities, and map workstreams
Develop the strategic narrative for each project and align it with client objectives
Deliver content using state-of-the-art GenAI tools (image, video, audio) and build templates that scale
Design and deliver flagship proofs-of-concept: dynamic creative at scale, automated PDP imagery, hyper-personalized experiences, localized content, and others
Own client delivery end-to-end: timelines, quality, stakeholder expectations
Manage and develop the team working alongside you
Be the GenAI expert in the room with Global 500 clients, creative agencies, and consulting partners
Lead trainings on GenAI adoption and shape our platform through hands-on tool testing
Build the playbooks, prompt libraries, and best practices that become features in our platform
Identify expansion opportunities and turn pilots into long-term partnerships
Qualification
Required
3–6 years in management consulting (MBB preferred), strategy, or high-growth startups, with experience running parallel projects and owning client relationships
Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, etc.) in your day-to-day, whether to solve problems, optimize workflows, or improve output
Hungry to build, own outcomes, and operate like a founder
Hands-on: you learn new tools fast, test workflows, and iterate quickly
Comfortable structuring ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution
Clear communicator who can present confidently to senior client stakeholders
Highly organized and excel at shipping quality work across multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
Strong visual and written narrative skills
Energized by ambiguity, speed, and high stakes
Preferred
a genuine creative eye (photography, film, design, content creation), whether formal training or a serious hobby
