Attracts candidates through various channels: recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and job fairs
Evaluates candidates by developing job advertisements and screening resumes/applications
Refers suitable candidates by contacting them to ascertain fit and scheduling interviews
Extends offers to selected candidates and negotiates compensation packages
Initiates onboarding plans for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
Ensures efficient and effective filling of assigned positions while maintaining quality standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of strong recruiting experience are required
Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
Preferred
UKG experience is highly preferred
Experience supporting a mission-driven or nonprofit organization is a plus!
