Sales Development Representative
Fulcrum is building the manufacturing operating system of the future, aiming to create significant improvements in the manufacturing industry. The Sales Development Representative will research manufacturers, qualify leads, and generate opportunities for Account Executives while collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales Leadership.
Responsibilities
Research and deeply understand manufacturers, their challenges, and motivations
Prospect into new accounts through outbound and inbound channels
Craft thoughtful, compelling outreach tailored to different audiences
Qualify leads and generate high-quality opportunities for Account Executives
Work closely with Account Executives to align on messaging and strategy
Partner with Marketing to test, refine, and improve campaigns
Aggressively learn new industries, skills, and product knowledge
Track and manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy
Relentlessly pursue your targets while maintaining high-quality standards
Demand personal growth from yourself and raise your own bar over time
