BOM & Design Process Expertise: Deep understanding of BOM structures and mechanical design processes for sheet metal, chassis, and packaging in server and rack environments

Analytical & Communication Excellence: Advanced analytical skills, clear executive communication, and strong storytelling with data

Execution & Ownership: Expert multitasking, time management, and proactive ownership from issue identification through root cause and closure

Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial, Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field

Proficiency in English and bilingual in Mandarin preferred

Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills

Preferred

Experience in the ODM/OEM Manufacturing or Server System Solution industry

Direct experience in supply chain function is a plus

Experience working across global regions and cultures; Asia supply base management preferred

Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups
