IPCP audits and updates
Create standard operating procedure documents
Torque studies
Process Trial run assistance
Assist with daily root cause investigation and analysis
Update build information on assembly line reference forms
Follow Mafact improvement ideas and projects
Time studies
MSA studies
PFMEA, control plan, in process paperwork updates
Sort coordination
Rework
Root cause analysis
Qualification
Required
General computer skills
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Problem solving methods
The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering
Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year or enrolled in a graduate program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and projects
Marketing skills that can translate to multiple demographics
Creative solutions and critical thinking ability to adapt to multiple challenges
Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times
