Responsibilities

Provides mainframe and micro-computer software support to users
Monitors system usage; may provide and audit system reports
Diagnoses system problems; may replace system components as required
Backs up file server and restores data from tapes
Installs software upgrades
Installs and configures new workstations as required
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required
