Recruitment Consultant
SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support full-cycle recruiting for professional exempt-level and sales-related roles within a financial services environment. The role involves managing multiple requisitions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Recruit for professional exempt-level roles (Marketing, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations)
Recruit for sales and sales-support roles (Wholesalers, Relationship Managers, Implementation roles)
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using structured interview methods
Maintain active and passive candidate pipelines
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience
Utilize ATS and recruiting tools including iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting professional exempt-level and sales-related roles
Experience recruiting across multiple functions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
ATS experience required (iCIMS preferred)
Preferred
Corporate or financial services recruiting experience
Experience conducting structured interviews
Familiarity with pre-recorded interview tools (HireVue preferred)
Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
