Responsibilities
Act as a key technical expert and trusted advisor for the sales team, customers, and partners, with the goal of helping our customers achieve their goals with data
Be an accessible technical translator for our customers who are buying data for the first time as well as the non-technical business stakeholders for our more sophisticated data buyers
Own our incredibly important data evaluation process for all new business opportunities in your book of business (new logos and upsells)
Support technical support questions and needs that are beyond the technical capabilities of our Customer Success Team
Live and breathe customer feedback to help improve our processes, customer experience, and most importantly, the quality of our data
Contribute to internal and external thought leadership opportunities, cementing your role as a consultant and advisor to our employees and customers
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Python, SQL, and Big Data, with a strong ability to advise customers on tech stack architecture for Big Data and work with Rest APIs, including understanding their backend and inner workings
Capable of interpreting complex code for less technical team members and customers, and articulating said code and the benefits of its outcome//data
Proven history in building successful customer relationships, identifying and addressing their needs with effective solutions, and operating with technical autonomy
Ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds across our product, engineering, and revenue teams in addition to our many different types of customers

Writing Kibana KQL & ElasticSearch queries
Writing complex queries
Cloud experience in AWS
