Responsibilities

Assist the Tax Manager in reporting across jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal tax laws. Manage external vendors to ensure timely reporting

Support information reporting compliance across all applicable federal and state regimes (e.g., 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, W-2G, 1042-S)

Partner with product and engineering teams to support new products and withholding logic across existing products

Conduct tax technical research and analysis across federal and state to support compliance positions, audits, and policy development

Support communication with customers and vendors regarding reporting questions, corrections, or withholdings

Help drive process improvements to scale reporting capabilities as the business grows
