Responsibilities

Manage a minimum of five direct reports with 50+ indirect reports tasked with driving, hitting forecasted goals and the right business outcomes for their designated markets. This role is in charge of driving professional development for their team through routine feedback and candor
Key decision maker for their book of business, driving growth to topline revenue and efficiency to bottom-line city profitability targets
Strategic leader driving relationship management strategy with city stakeholder relationships and front line staff and partners while driving the best outcomes for the Bird business
Leads or influences cross-functional "sprints" and special projects to accelerate the success of the business including hardware, product, supply chain, inventory, growth, customer experience & support, government relationships, and sales
Operational expert with ability to lead all roles that report into the GM with empathy by getting into the weeds with their team as they focus on customer experience, regulatory compliance, utilization and growth initiatives, inventory management, etc

Required

Bachelor's degree or work history that demonstrates proficiency in leadership, operations/systems management, and business (P&L) management
7+ years of work experience in operations, strategy, supply chain
5+ years of people management experience
Proven ability to lead & influence in a cross-collaborative environment
Data-driven, driving the right outcomes from data back into decision-making
Required Travel: 25% within the Southwest US

Preferred

Asset Management: Proven track record managing large-scale physical inventories or distributed hardware networks
Industry Expertise: Previous experience in the micromobility, logistics, or transportation-as-a-service sectors
Operational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and execute complex tasks in high-pressure or fast-paced environments (e.g., military leadership, competitive athletics, or emergency operations)
Business Acumen: Advanced business degree (MBA) or a proven history of building and scaling ventures from the ground up
