Responsibilities
Lead month-end close activities and ensure timely completion
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Perform and oversee complex account reconciliations
Review work prepared by junior staff and provide guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
Strong technical accounting skills and ability to work under pressure
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Preferred
CPA designation is a plus
Public accounting experience is a plus
Experience with Yardi or MIP software preferred
