Responsibilities
Provide centralized oversight across the entire product portfolio team
Serve as a gatekeeper for information flowing into and out of the portfolio
Ensure consistent methodologies, operational flows, and Agile practices across all product teams
Support cadence management, talent oversight, and business management processes
Lead portfolio-level analytics with a focus on proactive insights and data-driven decision-making
Build, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards in Jira, including advanced views, metrics, and workflow visibility
Track, analyze, and report on agility metrics, delivery health, team performance, and portfolio KPIs
Provide regular reporting to business stakeholders and senior leadership
Maintain strict oversight of project and portfolio-level budgets
Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend/implement corrective actions
Help embed financial accountability and agility metrics more proactively into product operating models
Oversee business management functions such as headcount tracking, team structure visibility, and forecasting
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience in project delivery, program management, portfolio management, or business operations
Strong background in Agile frameworks and associated delivery metrics
Proven experience with financial management, budgeting, and performance oversight
Hands-on experience with Jira reporting, dashboards, and analytics
Advanced Excel skills required, including complex modeling, metrics tracking, and data visualization
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Financial services experience strongly preferred, though candidates from other industries will be considered
Experience in auditing or software development is a plus
Deep understanding of agility metrics and how to embed them proactively into product teams
Experience in business management functions such as headcount planning, organizational structure management, and operational reporting
Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus
Ability to coach teams and elevate operational and Agile maturity across the portfolio
