Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical knowledge, ability to analyze repair estimates, and understanding of vehicle systems
Experience with claims processing and familiarity with warranty coverage determination
Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to resolve conflicts and explain decisions clearly
Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Familiarity with automotive industry standards, administrative procedures, and claims software is a plus
Additional mechanical or automotive certifications are preferred
Prior experience in claims adjusting or automotive service is advantageous
