Trend research and development of cost-conscious, market-ready seasonal collections
Create silhouettes, fabrics, trims, color palettes, and factory-ready tech packs
Manage specs and participate in fit sessions
QC TOP samples
Communicate directly with overseas factories and vendors
Collaborate with production and sales teams to meet margin, delivery, and sell-through goals
Support sample tracking, revisions, and production follow-up
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in women's import or wholesale apparel
Bilingual in Korean and English (spoken & written)
Ability to work and travel outside the US
Fashion design degree or equivalent experience
