Mid LevelNHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Admin Officer to join their Infection Prevention and Control Education workstream within the Public Health programme. The role involves providing business support, collaborating across multiple workstreams, and engaging with various stakeholders to enhance workforce development and education in healthcare.

Providing business support to meetings and production of formal minutes/action notes
Managing work across multiple projects
Arranging diary appointments including prioritisation of incoming workload
Demonstrating honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary
Working on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines
Qualification
Required
Eligibility and entitlement to work in the UK which is required to be maintained throughout your period of employment
Extensive experience working in the field of business operations, including providing business support to meetings and production of formal minutes/action notes
Experience of managing work across multiple projects
Experience of M365 and other IT skills such as for example Canva, MS Forms and Loop
Experience arranging diary appointments including prioritisation of incoming workload
High level of interpersonal, organisational, communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
Demonstrate honesty, integrity, care and compassion when dealing with others, utilising tact and persuasion skills when necessary
Ability to work on own initiative, to organise and prioritise own workloads, to meet strict deadlines
