Responsibilities
Learn the Full Recruiting Process: From first outreach to offer acceptance
Build Strong Talent Pipelines: Source candidates through LinkedIn, research, referrals, and outreach
Connect with People Daily: Lots of phone conversations, interviewing, and relationship-building
Ask Great Questions: Understand what candidates want and what makes them a great fit
Run Targeted Recruiting Campaigns: Help attract top talent through creative outreach and marketing efforts
Stay Organized & On Track: Keep activity updated in our CRM and follow a structured process
Grow Long-Term Relationships: Build trust with both candidates and clients over time
Qualification
Required
Any sort of sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, or other experience in people-focused roles
Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk with professionals every day
A competitive, goal-driven mindset (you like hitting targets and improving)
The ability to stay organized, follow a process, and manage priorities
Ability to work onsite in our Boise, ID office
Comfort with dialing and phone-based outreach
