Responsibilities

Perform Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) to ensure system health and stability

Conduct infrastructure discovery and update documentation for accuracy

Review configurations to maintain optimal performance and security

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify risks and escalate unresolved issues

Serve as a senior technical resource and escalation point for complex challenges

Support field technicians with advanced troubleshooting and guidance

Contribute to process improvements that enhance long-term client success

Required

6+ years in Information Technology

Strong background in Network Engineering

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Outstanding customer-facing interaction

Strong documentation abilities (network diagrams, system audits)

Certifications (or ability to obtain within 1 year): CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent), CompTIA Network+ (or equivalent), VMWare VCAP-NV, CCNA (or equivalent)

Deep understanding of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs)

Familiarity with email systems and DNS configurations (SPF, DKIM, MX)

Experience with Autotask or similar ticketing/documentation systems

Working knowledge of licensing systems (Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc.)

Experience with ThreatLocker or similar endpoint security platforms

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
