Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle recruiting for a variety of leadership roles across our operations teams
Think outside the box and leverage your experience to find and attract top-tier leadership talent
Develop effective and proactive candidate pipelines for leadership positions using a variety of sourcing strategies, social networking, and relationship building
Develop a strong understanding of the skills, experience, and competencies required for each leadership role and effectively assess candidate qualifications to influence hiring decisions
Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring teams and leaders at various levels, keeping them engaged from in-take conversation to new hire start date
Constantly identify new ways to improve all aspects of leadership recruiting, including the candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, reporting, and quality of hire
Represent Carvana and applicable hiring teams at hiring events as needed
Effectively manage priorities and deadlines to meet the hiring needs of our leadership teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of talent acquisition experience (full-cycle recruiting), preferably a mix of agency and in-house
Experience with virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing)
Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Experience supporting leadership roles
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing deep market intelligence to inform your negotiation strategies
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Comfortable with change and can easily adapt
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
