Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email and inbound and outbound telephone communications
Document all conversations using Vin Solutions
Check inventory availability of the vehicle the customer is inquiring about
Set appointments with the customer and greet them upon their arrival
Introduce customers to a sales associate to ensure a smooth handoff
Qualification
Required
High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
Confident and self-motivated with a pleasant outgoing personality
Ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries via email and inbound and outbound telephone communications with a professional manner
Ability to document all conversations using Vin Solutions
Responsible for checking inventory availability of the vehicle the customer is inquiring about
Setting appointments with the customer and greeting them upon their arrival
Introducing customers to a sales associate to ensure a smooth handoff
Basic computer skills with the ability to type efficiently and effectively
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Valid driver license
Spanish language proficiency
